Welcome to your health journey! Remember, health isn’t just a destination; it’s an adventure filled with ups and downs. Every worthwhile journey has its challenges, but as we face and overcome them, we grow stronger and more courageous in tackling whatever comes our way. 


One of the most important lessons I’ve learned is the interconnectedness of all things, especially within ourselves. Our body, gut, emotions, and thoughts are deeply intertwined. It’s no surprise that our gut provides the fuel we need, while our mind guides us, working together to help us reach our fullest potential.


Health is about being kind to yourself and establishing strong foundations. That’s where our journey begins. Think back to your most exciting adventure—was it exotic and thrilling, or quiet and introspective? Whatever the nature of your journey, my goal is to make this health journey responsive to your needs, powerful, and meaningful.

 You can practice Yoga Nidra lying down or seated, however you feel most supported and comfortable.
Lying  down - on the floor or ground is best, if you have the space (since  lying on a lounge or bed may mean you're more likely to fall asleep!).  You may wish to have a thin cushion or blanket to use under your head,  and a bolster or pillow for under your knees, if your lower back needs  support.
Seated - choose a chair with good back support, and perhaps place a cushion behind your lower back to help you sit tall.
Pregnant ladies - you can lie on your left side, supported under head, belly and under/between legs, or do seated.
I do run through getting into a comfortable position in the video, so just gather things you might need ahead of viewing.
